In the 22 years Meg McLeroy has been part of the hospitality industry, she has educated owners and management in the profitable power of effective, targeted recreational facilities coupled with employee training. She recognizes that coaching team members in the nuances of amenity and service delivery is an important component of a propertys successful sales and marketing mix.

This is in addition to her development of training materials, web site editing, video production, speech writing, collateral design and coordination of trade show exhibitions.
Her innovative programs brought the 2003 Conde Nast Readers Choice Award, Best of Activities, #1 in the US to the Sea Island Companys historic Cloister hotel.
